All-on-4 dental implants are a well-known solution for replacing a full arch of teeth using a small number of implants. However, treatment is not limited to four implants.

Why many patients prefer the Complete Package
The traditional All-on-4 concept uses four implants per arch. With the VORA All-on-X Complete Package, we often place six implants per arch when clinically appropriate, allowing us to create additional support for the temporary and final restoration.
Advantages include:
• Better force distribution across the implants
• Improved support for the prosthesis
• Greater flexibility in smile and bite design
• Additional long-term stability
• The ability to support a greater number of teeth when appropriate
• More support for immediate-load temporary teeth when multiple implants achieve strong torque values
For immediate-load cases, the stability of the implants at the time of surgery is very important. When more implants achieve favorable torque values, the temporary teeth can be supported across more implants, helping distribute biting forces more evenly during the healing phase.
Because every patient presents a different amount of bone, the final number, position, and torque values of the implants are evaluated during planning and surgery. Our goal is not to place the highest number of implants possible, but to create the safest and strongest foundation for each patient’s case.
Important Treatment Note
The final treatment plan depends on your CBCT scan, bone quality, bite, smile design, medical history, and the primary stability of the implants during surgery.
Immediate-load temporary teeth are provided when the implants achieve the stability needed to safely support them during healing.

Teeth in a Day — Immediate Results
In many cases, implants can be placed and a temporary fixed set of teeth delivered the same day or shortly after surgery.
This approach — often referred to as “teeth in a day” — allows you to leave with a functional, esthetic smile immediately.
Final restorations are placed after healing to ensure long-term durability and precision.
